A table for every mood.
Five kitchens and two bars, from an open fire grill on the deck to a quiet sushi counter and a pastry house that opens at dawn.
Where to eat and drink
Maré
Our flagship on the water. A Mediterranean heart with a Nigerian accent, an open kitchen and the best sunset seats in the house.
The Grill Deck
Open fire cooking under the palms. Dry aged steaks, whole grilled fish and the day’s catch, finished over charcoal.
Sora
A sushi counter and robata grill. Sashimi, hand rolls and small plates, with sake and Japanese whisky to match.
The Palm Bar
The heart of the hotel after dark. Signature cocktails, a deep wine list and live music on weekends.
Harmattan
Our all day brasserie. Breakfast on the deck, long lunches and comfort food late into the night.
The Pastry House
Fresh bread, viennoiserie and proper coffee from six in the morning. Cakes and tarts to take back to your room.
